What is Saginaw Sunset?
A 20 homesite community of High Performance, custom homes in the heart of Bend, Oregon.
How will Saginaw Sunset be developed?
We are building the first home on lot 7 to illustrate our commitment to high performance home development. If you like the feel of Saginaw and are bank pre-qualified, we invite you to choose a lot, fine tune your wish list and we will gladly get your project underway. Our schedule is open to start building your custom home this year.
What are Saginaw Sunset’s design guidelines?
At Saginaw Sunset, we value community, home design compatibility, solar access, mountain views and respect of neighbors. Home massing, scale and architectural compatibility can preserve native scapes and views both on your lot and that of your neighbors. The engaging process where your high performance home plan aligns into our community vision is escorted by our Design Review Committee which includes Jim, Nunzie and Neal Huston.
Is there a Home Owners Association (HOA)?
Yes, the HOA includes two private streets: NW Scott Henry Place and NW Piedmont Court, interior and perimeter sidewalks, our community sign and the landscaping along our entrance from College Way and Saginaw.
Is the community governed by CC&Rs (covenants, conditions and restrictions)?
Are individual lots for sale?
We are taking lot reservations for custom homes. We are not selling lots outright at this time.
May I choose my own architect and builder?
Architect, yes and builder, you get us! An architect is required to design your home. Our suggested architects have experience in Saginaw’s unique setting in Bend’s special high desert climate. Jim Guild Construction LLC is the designated builder.
