Neal Huston
Neal Huston, AIA, LEED AP, became a design principal in 1976. He is responsible for the planning and design direction of client projects through all phases. He embraced green design before it was a buzzword, and has continued to champion the cause through LEED projects and by continued involvement in green edification opportunities such as the Sustainable Building Advisor program.
His past professional design successes run the gamut from diverse commercial project types through custom residences of varied scales. An ability to successfully develop projects of diverse design styles is a strength that has been appreciated by many of his clients. All of Neal’s projects benefit from his ability to use space creatively and efficiently, his sense of balanced sculptural form, his innovative use of color and materials, and his desire to conceive buildings which are regionally appropriate.
Neal is a registered architect in Oregon, California and Hawaii and a professional member of the International Interior Design Association and the American Society of Interior Designers. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in 1967 and acquired his architecture degree from the University of Oregon in 1970.
